Back on Track FEB 3 2002 - as we did when we were young we beleive we cant change things so we dont try (victim) - only looking in rear view mirror while driving is dangereous, - unless our past is resolved we get more of the same - unconsciously (should it be unconsciously) we create our lives - as we associate so shall we be - feeling responsible for others happiness : seeking confirmation from others/outside - short term and never complete : then extreme self attention - let myself be happy and it will rub off - how can one benefit from conflict : questions become obvious - what happens if we dont resolve conflicts : confilcts continue until RESOLUTION - admit we are in deep shit - seek guidance to loose the language of ignorance (try another approach) - we are all in the same SYSTEM - what we put into the system spreads thru the system and comes back manifold - we are all like cells of the body, we choose to be cancerous or contributors and we choose the level off effect. - we can have an effect - learning is easier the more we learn - there are 86400 secs per day how many thoughts, how many are: + negative + repetitious + uninspiring - we are incongruient - body speach and mind must be all directed at the goal - teacher are like pilots, keeping course - PRACTICE is like take off, maximum effort to change INEERTIA, then set cruise mode - PRACTICE is like dancing: + learn the skills the when the dance starts it flows without effort + but guided and checked by partner and music + when you speak the language it is universal + you have bond to the community + you find inspiration in the community + you can provide inspiration - PRACTICE is like water of a river, small clear, sometimes guided annd accessed by people - like a seed is to a tree, birds, fruit, water, shelter - Practice is like pregency and child rearing - role models should have inner excellence the outer excellence - 4 types of people + let it happen + watch it happen + make it happen + wonder what happene - are we friends or aquaintences with LOVE, COMPASSION, LIGHT - MUD STICKS ? what would you like your students to learn from you - how to find answers, how to find questions ? how would you ensure your students understand your teaching - example and test and practice, trial by fire ? what motivates you to teach - grow and see growth and hope IT is handed on ? what would you do to make your students remeber - achievable simple fun - practice and experience the joy of passing on the lesson -IF YOU CONTINUE TO THINK WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GET WHAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE RECIEVED * MEDICORITY - our self image determines our questions and hence our opportunities ? what factors have influenced your self image - ? what support is needed - honest reflection, adjustment, keep trying, modifying - make it simple fun achievable - adjust self image to adjust response - MOMENTARILY AWARE
