Neither Here, Nor There Jan 29 2002 - always be amazed at the divinity of life - SEE the world - be aware of the MIRACLES about - mundane/medicore perceptions of "things" leads to an "empty" view of the LIFE and WORLD - we are comfortable and happy with the way things are - life has become focussed on being DISTRACTED by worldly concerns - wishing doesnt "work" disipline and action can - we are TOO SCARED to to act - DO IT (some thing different) or stay the same - be aware of all that we ARE and DO - no light with out dark - no joy without pain - ignoring/denying one extreme excludes the other - our "SEARCH" outside for peace/happiness would be more fruitful if directed inwards - the happiness we have is a comment on our ability to make "good decisions" - happiness comes from a true clear perception (not ignorant) of self - ALL aspects of oneself must be acknowledged attended too - unresolved "emotions" will attract (act like a channel) more of the same - the way you translate life is the way your life will be - a turbulent mind prevents peace and clarity from coming - "personal fiction" prevents reality coming thru - life is risk but for us life has come about reducing risk - more risk more adventure - style/method of perception dictates the way we live - sensual (surface) facilties must be complemented by spiritual facilities - love the essence (spirit) not the form - spirit is not space and time bound - achievement must also be spiritual not only physical - inspirational life needs clarity not complacency - meditation is practice of "coming to senses" - fixed views / this perception is correct, does not allow new and other views to be considered - thinking (di-chotomy) does not allow becoming at ONE with.......... - recognize alternatives INTUITION is neglected - fear rules our decision making - teachers must be INSPIRATIONAL - associate with those we aspire to be like - the PRESENT is "neither here nor there" ???
